Most likely, your daughter's headache is from heading the ball incorrectly (like using the top of the head, or letting the ball strike her instead of the other way around). Many other factors can cause a headache. For example: exerting more intense energy for 60 minutes, polution or alergins in the air, the sun, yelling and cheering for teammates. I'm not trying to dismiss your concerns. She's your daughter and you're the ultimate judge on what she's allowed to do. I'd just know that I'm a coach and referee. I never head the ball but I still come home after games with headaches 75% of the time.
